Mymetics Corporation Commitment
Mymetics is committed to the success of Dream Vaccines and intends to make its know-how and technology available at no cost to the Foundation to
further the Foundation's purpose. The Foundation will not enter any transaction with Mymetics unless the Foundation's independent directors, who constitute a majority of its Board of Directors, determine that the terms of the transaction are fair to the Foundation and that the transaction is in furtherance of the Foundation's exempt purposes.
